“Pitch Up and Play provided an incredible crèche service for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Isabella, Toni and Sandy took wonderful care of our children as well as our family’s children, creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Communication before the wedding was excellent, and it was especially thoughtful to receive profiles of the nannies that were looking after our children ahead of the day. This allowed the children to learn a bit about them and see their photos in advance, which really helped them feel comfortable and excited to meet them. Isabella, Toni and Sandy arrived fully prepared with a fantastic range of toys, games, and craft activities to suit the different ages and interests of all the children. Our youngest daughter, 2, had never spent time in a crèche setting prior to our wedding day, so I was apprehensive about how she would react to being left to play without a familiar adult, however she was completely at ease and happy to be left and immediately engaged with the Isabella, Toni and Sandy. Additionally their warmth, professionalism, and experience shone through, and every child was happy, entertained, and completely at ease in their care. Having Pitch Up and Play with us made a huge difference, allowing us and our guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. We are so grateful to them all, for the wonderful service they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare support at an event. Thank you all so much ❤️”

“Best falafels i've had in the UK! Super crispy exterior, aromatic and fluffy inside and all their other dishes are always bursting with flavour and freshness! We were on on our way to Wales from London and stopped just to get our hands on some of their falafels. We arrived 10 mins before closing time and the owner had a bag of hot falafels on standby that he gave away without even charging us. We parked close by to stuff our faces and he reappeared with cups of tahini sauce for us. Definitely worth the visit for the great food and amazing people!”

“We had the most amazing food for a party we were hosting. We tried a mix of dishes including Pad Thai, Paneng, Beef Massaman and Thai Green curry and they were all piping hot, delicious and full of flavour. Liaised with Adam who was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to provide food for 21 people. “Stopped here today randomly to get some food for my partner who works nearby. Got one of the boxes (and tried a bit of it), it was just amazing, best falafels I've ever eaten. I came in with my two little boys, you know what it's like, it's hard to keep them still sometimes... The person in the shop gave them some sweets for free and they sat down to eat them, delighted. Really kind staff, excellent service and outstanding food. I only regret not living closer to this place, cause I'd be coming for lunch pretty often!”

“Genuine italian restaurant in central Bristol. We had focaccia as an entrance (there were several options), burro and salvia pasta, and porcini pasta. Both options of pasta were delicious, clearly fresh pasta, and complex flavors. The tiramisu was also great - they offer a “dessert of the day” and pizzas too which I’m keen to try next time!”

“I went here with my partner for his birthday and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just spot on, stylish without being pretentious, buzzing but still intimate enough for a date night. Our host sam was great, you can tell he genuinely knows his stuff, especially when it comes to the steaks. We went for his recommendations: the padron peppers, short rib croquettes, the tomahawk steak, and for dessert, the cheesecake and chocolate delice. Every single dish was unreal. The steak especially was next level, cooked perfectly and packed with flavour. The service felt personal and relaxed, and the staff clearly take pride in what they do. They also catered to my partners food allergy and were attentive throughout. For the quality of food, the atmosphere, and the level of care, the price was completely reasonable. “First time eating here and it was delicious. Excellent flavour. I went for lunch and it was £4.99 for chicken wrap (porotta). Whilst the size was perfect for me (on the small size) others might want something else to go with it. The porotta was perfection - crispy but flaky. Not had one like this in years. Person serving me was super lovely, chatty, friendly. Will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu and spreading the word.”
