“Exquisite Experience and food lives here. Menu was a valentine menu which might be different from the norms. As a gourmet, I cannot fault all of the food and service that was served to me during my time here. Traveled 1hr30min to dine here and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I shall be back and I deeply recommend.”
“Whipped feta and mushroom arancini to start, paella for mains and sorbet to finish, absolutely delicious! Highly reccomend these items.”
“We were on business nearby and wanted coffee and a breakfast roll. The local Tesco does not have a cafe and there was nothing else we could find except this. It's the restaurant inside a caravan/chalet park and it's up a rickety road but well worth it. They are happy to serve non residents and the coffee was excellent. Good start to the day”
“Excellent communication leading up to the event and dealt with our queries quickly. The outside event space was perfect and beautifully set up on a lovely sunny afternoon. We had a personalised drinks menu which was a lovely touch. We pre ordered food in advance and it was excellent-large portions and very tasty. Service was amazing -always there offering drinks and our every need was dealt with efficiently. Would highly recommend -every part of our celebration was perfect. Thank you Murray’s”
“Nice cafe in clevedon thats run by Lovely friendly people who are very welcoming. Very big menu with lots of choices to suit everyone. Good value and good food. Clean and tidy restaurant.”
“Found this gem of a place today & will 100% be returning! The burger & chips were insane, we also had a couple of sides - butter chicken & garlic bread like I’ve never had before!! Really reasonably priced, you have to add the chips on separately but £10ish for a burger then add the chips on for £3, your looking at £13 for a meal which is very reasonably priced for the quality of food! The milkshakes were amazing & was gutted we were too full for pudding as they looked incredible!! The guy serving who I think was the manager was absolutely brilliant! You could tell he had a passion for his job & a credit to this place! Great for children too which is hard to find now a days with the games room! We will be returning with our girls & this place really needs to branch out to other places it will do so well! Thanks so much for a fantastic lunch!”
“Lunch on a Busy Sunday took over 30 minutes for the food, but we were warned! Worth the wait, great food and reasonable prices.”
“We all had a fantastic evening at the Pear Orchard (The Hollow) Myself and my siblings arranged a surprise Anniversary for our parents 55 years! The evening was perfect in every way. Highly recommend venue. The memories we made and the fun we had in a hidden gem in Kingston Seymour will be treasured forever. A special thank you to Ed Catherine Mia and the team along with my lovely family who helped me to make this happen. Forever greatful Jo xxxx”
“Old world pub with an excellent selection of cider and beer. Snacks are good also with some decent lunch offerings. Garden is quiet and the pub is fantastic to look around.”
“Wow. That’s all I can say. Incredible food amazing service and a great ambiance. Will be back for sure. The veal Milanese was out of this world and the Italian donuts are just sublime. Linda Wring has created a true gem in Scoozi.”
“I cannot thank this pub enough for the kindness they showed me recently. My car broke down nearby while I was already running late for the airport, and with no phone signal and no clue what to do, the staff stepped in without hesitation. They kindly let me leave my car in their car park for a few days while I sorted everything out, and even gave me access to their WiFi so I could book a taxi. Thanks to their help, I managed to make my flight in the end. Everyone I met there was genuinely lovely, friendly, understanding, and willing to help someone in a stressful situation. Proper good people and a proper good pub. I highly recommend visiting them. They fully deserve your support.”
“Visited this place a few times now, for brunch or dinner. Lovely cosy interior. Plenty of tables. The food is very good also, with lots of choice. The tapas boards are delicious and very good value for money. Staff have always been friendly and attentive also. They had live music in this restaurant recently also, with a singer on the upper floor. Good singer but perhaps didn't need the amplifier and microphone, at least not so loud, as it's not a huge venue. Made it difficult to have a conversation. Minor issue though as the food was still excellent and the atmosphere is generally good in this place. Definitely recommend it for those visiting Clevedon.”
“Found this place when walking around Clevedon. Buzzing atmosphere inside and out. Lovely location looking over the Bristol channel. Welcoming and attentive staff. Delicious soup and cake. Chef even split the soup for us to share. Great looking menu and the food that was coming out to other customers looked really good. Dog friendly. Hope to visit again.”
“Lovely meal, really tasty food, service great. Ceylon absolutely delicious! Thanks!”
“We were visiting family in Clevedon and had an amazing meal at The Limehouse on Friday. The food and staff were absolutely first class, so much so that we returned again this evening just for drinks! A special mention goes to Lottie, the manager, and her wonderful team. We witnessed how professionally and calmly Lottie handled a minor altercation. She diffused the situation with ease and complete professionalism. It really showed the high standards of service at The Limehouse. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Clevedon. Highly recommended!”
“Booked to go after our walk in the area. Booking was flexible and they kindly kept our table even tho we were a bit late. Kept us a big table with plenty of breeze for the dogs which was much appreciated. Food was excellent and served very quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. Puddings were amazing - I had the waffle which was HUGE!! All in all an excellent place to eat and we will be back”
