He is a very hard worker and does a pristine job. He is also a very pleasant person and has been accommodating to my requests for various smaller jobs around the house, tackling them with efficiency and good humour. I would most definitely recommend Sam for your property maintenance requirements.”

When the flue of my boiler had an issue, another company quoted an extortionate price for a full flue replacement (including some unnecessary roof work) and basically tried hard to sell me a new boiler, arguing that the repair wasn't worth it. Long story short, Chris had a proper look at the issue and repaired it on the same day for a tiny fraction of that other quote (and also educated me on the actual cost of a replacement, should it ever really be needed). “Excellent repair of the cracks in the shower base. Repair barely visible and you wouldn’t really notice unless you knew it was there. The shower base is slightly lumpy where it was repaired to strengthen the base. Overall a great job and infinitely superior to our previous DIY attempts.”
