“I'm not sure if this review is directly relevant for the Bristol Clinic, however, Clinical Partners did my autism and ADHD diagnosis through Right To Choose in December 2023. I felt I wanted to leave a review as I have seen a lot of negative reviews. Right from the start, Clinical Partners were friendly, professional and fast. The reception that I first spoke to (unsure if they were from the Bristol Clinic) was very friendly and understanding. Clinical Partners promised they would get a diagnosis done in 12 weeks. I am incredibly impressed because they started the process after 7 weeks! The autism assessment was thorough, in depth and really gave me an opportunity to express my experiences. My ADHD assessment was difficult as it was two straight hours of questions. Overall, I am very proud of Clinical Partners as they are making a significant contribution to the NHS by providing in depth and fast diagnosis. Thank you Clinical Partners, Angus Davidson”

This required ongoing dressing changes which I was advised of by the hospital, but which I felt increasingly concerned about dealing with. A call to the surgery resulted in an early appointment for a required dressing change. I cannot praise too highly the treatment I received. Please convey my grateful thanks to Vicky, who not only carried out the required procedure with utter professionalism, but also calmed my concerns over ongoing care. People knock the NHS, but my current experience at St Augustin's is exceptionally. Thank you.”

“The practice is easily the best GP surgery I've ever been a patient at. I have a complex medical history and the doctors, both permanent staff and locum GPs, have taken a holistic approach to looking at symptoms and long term health, and have been proactive about referrals for further tests and diagnostics. I was recently referred to a private practice under the NHS right to choose process and they then accepted my treatment under a shared care plan, which not all GPs will do. I see the nurse team quarterly for ongoing treatment as well as ad hoc appointments and always find them to be working efficiently, friendly, and reassuring, even when under pressure. Generally I haven't had issues at getting same day appointments when needed and routine appointments are usually available without much delay. The reception team have always been helpful when I call in urgent need even after they've run out of appointments and have done their best to fit in a phone call with a GP so I can get an urgent prescription arranged. I have moved around the city over the years and I'm now living well outside of the normal practice boundaries but I happily travel to the practice and I'm grateful that they still accept me as a patient.”

They were all absolutely lovely and made me feel like I was in good hands. While it wasn't necessary to have a blood test, they gave me the option to have one in order to eliminate a possible (but rare) cause of what may be causing my symptoms, and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day and even inform me of the results later that afternoon by text message. That really gave me some piece of mind. I was very impressed by the service.”

They were able to book me in the next week. Gaye is great and did a checkup and Huda was friendly and did a really thorough clean. She took her time to go through my dental routine and recommend the correct size interdental brushes. Although the hygienist is private, the price was extremely reasonable. In the current climate, I feel so grateful to be a patient of this NHS practice. Thank you Bupa Dental Care.”
