“The food is fanatically fresh and tasty, but just remember they are a small establishment so wait times can be long when busy (3.5 hours on valentines day) but we'll worth the time they even gave us back our delivery money and a free item for the extra delays we faced can not falt them at all will be back just might collect next time”

“Amazing stay, we absolutely loved everything about the kings arms. The setting is a beautiful little village and the building has a very interesting history, the rooms are amazing and super comfortable. The staff are friendly, marcos the owner was such a nice person. We got put into the bishops room for the night which was bigger than what we had booked. We then booked a table for food and drinks and it was all magnificent. We will definitely be planning a trip to stay here again.”

“We couldn't stay overnight but popped in for Breakfast at 7:30am on a Saturday as last time it was so good. It was a Brilliant Breakfast again. Full English for £10.90 (Dec 25) The quality, range and service were excellent. The Sausage was more than an inch in diameter as tasted gorgeous. Don't think we will be able to eat until tomorrow.”

“A number of members of our family were wonderfully accommodated and looked after by Andy and Vicki over an extended period of family bereavement which required much flexibility to accommodate our needs. A great pub, full of history and character, providing lovely breakfasts and well kept ales. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Stopped off for Sunday lunch, although not booked they found a table for the 2 of us, great choice of food, we had the lamb, well presented, and tasted great, very good portion, with veg coming out in a separate dish. Service was good, will go again.”

“We have eaten here many times over the years, and always have a good experience. We went again last night. The food was excellent: beautifully cooked and everything tasted so good. Our order became quite bespoke. I was hoping for tuna steak but it was not on the menu yesterday. So they took it from their wet fish counter and cooked it for me after a discussion with the staff about what I would like with it. Also, they had run out of their usual cold crevettes with salad but we said we actually prefer our crevettes hot... so they cooked some just for us. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's all very informal and welcoming.”

“Korean food is one of my favourite cuisines. We don't have proper BBQ Korean place in Bristol which it would be a hit if anyone wants to open! The food were amazing when I went they all super tasty, simple but perfect. If you like spicy food here's the place for you. We ordered A LOT; pork bulgogi, Dukbokki, pancake, spicy fried chicken and some extra kimchi. I like the way good restaurant doesn't need to have extravaganza deco or building but just really good food. O would recommend to get there early if you're looking for dinner time this place gets busy very quickly every night. Very reasonable price and staff is so lovely.”

“We’ve been going to Bottelino’s regularly for their roast, and it never disappoints! The food is always amazing — full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and consistently one of the best roasts around. Andy deserves a special shout-out as he always goes above and beyond to look after us. His warm, attentive service makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!”

“Bossman reminds me a lot of purple aki. Arrived at 9 and was instantly told to leave cos he said i looked like someone else he didn't like. They encourage a 10 pints before 10 but he'll kick anyone out who's remotely drunk and will inspect you when you're on your fag break. It felt really weird. My friend smacked his head cos the floor is an ice rink by 10 but he told us we were being disrespectful when we asked to go back in to grab some toilet paper to mop up his bleeding skull. However, banging night out. would recommend.”

“You can’t get an impression of the place from the front door, which is nondescript to say the least. Once you’ve made it up the stairs though, it opens out into a very nice dining area (impressive ceiling and murals). Food was excellent and the service very good. I didn’t catch our waiter’s name, but he was very jolly.”

“We found this lovely pub on boxing day and had a drink here. Lovely pub, and staff were all nice. We returned on the 27th for another couple drinks. The pub is a lovely olde pub, and had a delicious choice of draught beers and ales available. From what I saw they also have lots of choice of rims etc, but we stuck with the ales and stouts.”

“I can't recommend Jill and Molly enough. They took fantastic care and genuine interest over bringing back to life a vintage G plan chair of mine. Fantastic attention to detail on the shaping, execution and finish on the cushions. They have breathed new life into this beautiful chair and it will now last many more decades into the future.”
