My first class I was quite shy, wearing a baggy tshirt and not very confident. Fast forward a few months I have a confidence and positivity I never knew I had strutting around in a miniskirt and 6inch heels. My strength has increased and most importantly I am having the most fun. I can’t thank my instructor David enough for helping me grow and learn to love myself. Pole has been more than a way to get fit and has become the most positive and supportive environment ever.”

They both settled amazingly there and bonded well with their key workers. They were a Godsend with wrap around care when my son started half days in school, and collected him from his class and escorted him over to the nursery until we finished work. If he had the option to keep going there, he would have. It was a sad day when he left as it seemed like am end of an era. Their daily activities look very fun and their workbooks are something I will always treasure. They also have exciting visits from animal encounters and Nose to Toes Yoga which broadens their experiences at nursery. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do Once Upon a Time!”
