She has taken me blonde gradually from jet black, and back to black too, all whilst keeping my hair in incredible condition. She is patient, skilled and a perfectionist- she is truly the BEST in the business and I would not trust anyone else. It is a welcoming environment with a lovely atmosphere and great staff. I couldn’t recommend enough.”

“This was my first time visiting Ty Twt and I will definitely be coming back! The experience was perfection personified from the moment I booked. Super to easy to use the online system to check availability and reserve a slot. You get email and text confirmation of appointment details at the time of booking as well as the day before so that you don't forget. The salon is easily accessible by all methods of transport as it's close to the train station and bus stops and there's plenty of parking right outside. The treatment room is tastefully decorated. The neutral colours and chilled music create a lovely ambience. Danielle introduced herself and explained everything thoroughly before getting started. The Sugaring itself was amazing. This is the ONLY place in Cardiff that does real Sugaring (rather than just using a wax that has some sugar in it). She makes you feel comfortable and asks if you're ok throughout. It doesn't hurt at all compared to regular waxing and Danielle is super efficient so it's over before you know it. She also applies post-treatment soothing lotions so you're not red or sticky afterwards. Fabulous experience. Can't wait to come back!”
