“Visited again today to attend the art exhibition. A nice open area for exhibits. There were a range of paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs and prints on display. We spent about half an hour looking at the art. There is wheelchair access, cafe, street parking nearby, public toilets and a bar available. A great venue located in Weston-super-Mare sea front. Currently being used as an ice scape over Christmas and new year. It is also used for a number of other events including a fairground, music events, art and much more. There is a cafe open all year around at the entrance, disabled access, toilets and street parking (payable to council ) at front of property.”

“Just as my partner predicted, it turned out to be the last warm day of 2025. We decided to visit Weston-super-Mare since it’s not far from Bristol. Even though the tide was out, we still got everything we hoped for – a beautiful walk, delicious coffee and ice cream. We sat on the pier and the beach, breathing in the fresh sea air full of iodine. A perfect way to say goodbye to summer.”

“Needed a new Windbreaker. Called the Weston Super Mare branch. James, who took the call, told me he had a few left. So I asked him to put one by for me, which he did. Went on to collect it later that day, and he said, as he only had a few left, he'll give me an extra 10% off. Brilliant! Once, back at camp, found the poles to be different to what they should be. Called James, and he said, no worries, bring it back, and I'll exchange it for another one. Which he did, without any issues. And as a bonus, as he said, this will end up in the bin, as it's wrong, I'll give you the 4 correct pieces of pole, so you have spares. Fantastic! Brilliant service. Thank you so much James, you are an absolute superstar!”

“This place is huge!! Food was good too. Burgers were slightly overdone, chips were nice. Everything else well cooked and pretty standard for a wetherspoons. Sitting outside with a sea view on the terrace is lovely. Could spend hours here.”

“I never appreciated how good the layout, quality, store tidiness and overall service was until we called into B&Q for a change! Here we have friendly staff and customer friendly payment tills, happy with cash,card payments and no customer-repelling self service tills which are clearly inadequate for larger items. Good work staff and management and we won’t be going anywhere else again and please don’t ruin everything by getting rid of the tills!”

“Bedroom perfectly comfortable and clean but could do with attention to dated window frames that allowed a little cold in. However, along with a standard radiator a freestanding electric one is supplied. Communal areas of reception, the bar and dining hall are all very tasteful. The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff who are so obliging and friendly. A super breakfast with friendly staff sets each day off perfectly. The evening meals are of a very high standard all served with a pleasant rapport. We may have arrived curtesy of a bargain coach holliday but were treated like we arrived in a Bentley.”

“A great salesman Caleb. He introduced himself, but waited until I had looked around the laptops and was ready to ask questions. Not at all pushy. A clean store, with plenty of sales people, even on a Saturday. A lot of parking, which is always good.”

“Just got back from a school trip to Paris. Clean confortable coach and Tommy our driver is an absolute super star. His knowledge and expereince meant we flew through customs at Dover and Calais. He was also able to challenge particularly unhelpful Irish Ferries deck staff. Once in Paris his ability to thread a 56 seater coach through rush hour traffic is exceptional.”

“Stopped here for lunch. Food was good. Service friendly and efficient. I had a jacket potato with tuna/ mayonnaise. Very good snd good portion size. One of my companions had a scone with jam and cream. She said it was a delicious, home made, fresh out the oven scone. The decor could do with updating but i rather liked the retro feel to it. I would definitely go back there to eat.”
