“Professional environment that was clean, friendly and understanding of my needs. Great experience - will certainly attend again.”
“Bear Strength sell excellent quality clothing and provide outstanding customer service. Very few companies have a human side, but Bear Strength were happy to help when I mucked up an order. I'll happily recommend them.”
“I have had the best time at pole twisters! I started with a taster class at the end of 2023 and loved it so much I signed up to level 1 classes as my New Year’s resolution. My first class I was quite shy, wearing a baggy tshirt and not very confident. Fast forward a few months I have a confidence and positivity I never knew I had strutting around in a miniskirt and 6inch heels. My strength has increased and most importantly I am having the most fun. I can’t thank my instructor David enough for helping me grow and learn to love myself. Pole has been more than a way to get fit and has become the most positive and supportive environment ever.”
“Lisa treated my 4 month old grandson during his helmet journey for plagiocephaly. She explained everything at the first appointment and told his parents to take time and think before deciding whether or not to go ahead with treatment. Progress was explained clearly at each appointment, with concise measurements explained. My grandson had some issues with friction to his skin during treatment and Lisa was available straight away to give advice and reassurance. She was always very professional and supportive, dealing with my grandson in such a caring manner. The results were great and made such a difference to him and to his future as a happy little boy. His parents and myself would not hesitate in recommending Align clinics for the treatment of your precious little ones.”
“Lovely atmosphere, great people. Something the Cardiff community should treasure and enjoy. Not many places these days actually focus on people’s Mind,Body & Soul as Ardours slogan says. It’s not just the venue that makes this place but the people and those that are drawn into the place that make this feel like a big part of Cardiff tucked away just outside of the busy and hectic town centre. Teachers are all great and welcoming with very understanding people who know if you are either a beginner or veteran of their skills and accommodating to my own level.”
“I cannot say enough about the fantastic service, help, kindness and support I've had from Penarth Physiotherapy Practice. Dyfri Owen has gone above and beyond to support me during my recovery from a badly fractured ankle. The amount of knowledge and experience he has shown is second to none. I fully recommend this practice.”
“Had the best morning at Tiny Tumblers. The only play centre where I felt the balls pits were actually cleaned and all the equipment was well looked after. Food was delicious and the staff were so lovely. Very impressed.”
“Awesome Leisure Centre. The staff are all above and beyond to help you, very friendly staff. I'm 73yrs young, and the staff are so respectful and helpful.”
“This is a great school environment. A typical ecosystem friendly. The structures are well built with modern facilities. The theatres are first class students friendly with skillful lecturers.”
“Better have vastly improved the centre since taking over from the council. Classes are professional, led by great trainers, facilities are good,, large pool, the booking app is easy, The new circuits class is especially good, run by ross/ Adrian as are yoga classes by holly. Really good value for money.”
“My grandson has swimming lessons here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Classes are really good. My grandson is 10months and is making huge progress in the water. It is amazing that at such a young age he is confident in the water and learning safety in the water.”
“Have had two sessions and can now use my left arm again Thank you Mark for the magic you have performed on me. This has got to be the best physio place to visit. Thank you Mark see you next week.”
“We used this venue for a whole class birthday party and it was great, kids absolutely loved it! Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth checking out!”
“Been here a few times when visiting family. Overall swimming with the kids is great fun. Never used any of the gym facilities so can't comment there. It's a great place to book kids birthday parties as they have a bouncy castle for the kids. Best to book a couple of months in advance as it's particularly popular. Only one gripe I have is their tea at reception tastes awful - tasted like a mix of coffee and tea so maybe avoid that. But overall it's a great place for swimming and kids birthday parties”
