Each time I rang, the call was answered within seconds, Customer Service also answered promptly. The taxi arrived a few minutes early, the driver was friendly and polite. “Contacted this small family business this evening. After trying 7 different company's. None of which would take an animal I phoned b&c. I had a lovely lady bonnie answer the phone who did her absolute best to get me a driver who would take a dog. Her husband turned up shortly after and mh partner and i cannot fault the service .
