“Highly recommend!! Great first time car pickup experience! We normally use public transport, but the price was really affordable so we tried it. Will highly recommend! Ahmad, booking agent, was excellent and ensured we were all set with the easy instructions. Our driver, Stefano, was in contact with us through WhatsApp and tracked our slight delay. The ride was quick, and he was good natured and chatted with us, answering question we had. We even got to speak a little Italian with him (we live in Italia). 5 STARS!!”

“My first ever visit to a TGI Friday and I was rather impressed. The staff were friendly and management came out to assist with a specific dietary concern with my guest. The food was hot and beautiful, we even met Darth Vader in the reception entrance to the restaurant. The dips are fantastic, the burger very juicy and super tasty. A definite 10/10 and look forward to returning. By the time we left the restaurant it was buzzing with nearly all tables full. A very popular restaurant in Cardiff. Many Thanks TGI Fridays even on a Monday night.”

“Absolutely fantastic night !!!! The staff were amazing, the comedians were awesome considering as the last one had to compete with the screams and cheers of Welsh fans as we beat England at rugby, they took it in their stride and joined in! The food was good and service impecable. Would fully recommend you give this a go, we went as a hen party of 10 and I think I speak for all that we had an absolute scream. Fantastic value for money plus you get VIP entry to Prysm afterwards!”

“Thank you to all the staff. A special shout-out to the manager, Alan, for kindly keeping hold of my son’s cuddly toy for the best part of six months. As we live far away, we did not expect the hotel to keep it for so long, and we are extremely grateful. Our stay was very comfortable, but it was the staff who added that extra layer of welcome and hospitality. Thank you also to Cion (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). My wife phoned the hotel ahead of my arrival to arrange collection. Although she couldn’t get through initially, Cion returned the call — something that rarely happens these days. “Went here with a screw in the outer rim of my tyre quite close to the closing time and the guys still managed to fit me in despite already having three people in the waiting room. They took my car into the back for what I was expecting to be a tyre replacement, only to have my car back within minutes after they advised me it was luckily a tiny screw which hadn't penetrated anything. I felt silly that I'd wasted their time but the young gentleman that I dealt with was lovely about it and they didn't charge me anything. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them and will return here in future as a paying customer. Thank you so much”

“This is a great Chinese takeaway. For me, it is the best in the Vale of Glamorgan. I have tried many, but for me, you get great service and excellent size portions. Their chips are without doubt the best and again a great size portion. The food is always cooked fresh and we have never had reason to complain about anything there. The only slight issue for some people is that it is cash only, which to me is good business sense”
