“A great little arena with reasonably priced parking. Although the queue to get in and out was huge so factor in that time. Dress for it being a little colder than a regular event. The match is very family friendly with music when the game stops and encouragement from the DJ and the mascot to cheer. Excellent atmosphere.”

Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!!
