“I approached the owner for help and advise about one of my chickens who had fell poorly, i had no money and couldn't afford to go to a vet, now I know when someone has a shop, a certain level of knowledge is expected, but this amazing lady gave me better advise than I've ever had from a vet, and then done the most amazing thing, she told me what was wrong, told me what I needed, and actually left it out hidden for me to collect as the shop was soon to close and trusted me to post the money when I collected, the instant concern and compation I felt from this lady that I didn't know was amazing and actually allowed me to save one of my best friends in the world my beautiful chicken Tango, if you need anything for pets use this great little shop xx”

They send you booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, pictures. Very friendly and professional staff. And mainly my nervous dog actually lets them handle her! Our terrier has destroyed three 'indestructible' dog beds from other places but he hasn't made a dent in this in a month and he won't leave it alone! It's beautifully made and whisper it, made in the UK. As the icing on the cake, the guys who own the shop are lovely and actually give a damn about dogs. Oh, and no, we're not related to the owners - we've only met them once!”

“Just took my flatcoat retriever to have his nails clipped. He doesn't like having them done and he certainly isn't the easiest dog to clip. The girl who did his claws at woofcuts made it such a pleasant experience for him , she was so calming. It was the best experience we have had . Would definitely recommend .”
