They have referred me for scans, specialists, physio, gave great menopause advice. My experiences have all been brilliant. It us great being able to get out of hours appointments too due to my job. “I have had to deal with Croft Medical Centre on behalf of my Uncle who has been poorly and needed care from us here in Birmingham. I read the reviews on Google and anticipated nothing but issues with my dealings with the Surgery. However, I found the Surgery and all of the Team that I have dealt with to be nothing but courteous, helpful, professional and extremely kind. None of my requests, on behalf of my Uncle have been straightforward, yet every single request has been efficiently dealt with. I could not have asked for more support and will always be grateful for the compassion which the Surgery have provided to my family as well as me. I managed to get the names of two very helpful colleagues, Freya and Elaine. Both were incredibly helpful and each one exceeded my highest expectations. In short, don't accept Google Reviews as factual, judge on your own experience. I did and could not have been happier. Thank you to all at Croft Surgery.”
