Upon collection the box had some of the foam showing out of the bottom. Jane kindly offered to undo and examine the TV for defects. Its a 58" TV, so that is not an easy task. Jane treated the TV with her upmost care. All was good upon examination, again Jane and her colleague (sadly did not get their name) placed the TV back in the box with care. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane and her colleague. Jane grabbed the sack truck, popped on the high viz vest and offered to bring it down in the lift and also helped me load the TV in the car. Jane and her colleague are absolute diamonds.Thank you so much for a very pleasant shopping experience.”

“First time the delivery failed to go to the correct location but my fault not theirs. I called the courier up and rearranged for delivery today and gave my phone number to them so the driver could call me if unsure due to the house being a little out of the way. He did call as guessed he’d have a problem finding it. Thanks buddy I really appreciate that you And the company went that extra mile ( literally lol ). I definitely recommend you. Regards Mal.”
