“I joined The Right DA Club in October last year. I have to say they have been the best DA support service I have experienced to date by a long way. They provide quality online resources and their training events have been well organised and very well run. For me though it has been my experience of the people at TRADC from the leadership team to the compliance support service. They have a refreshingly enthusiastic approach to both the industry and the advisors they support. I recently had my annual compliance visit and it was the best, most productive audit experience I have had in 20 years as a broker. Steve Howard conducted the audit in a very helpful and professional manner and provided useful advice and helpful suggestions to help my business grow and stay on the right side of compliance. He pointed out areas where procedures and systems could be enhanced and unlike most of my previous audits, he also pointed out areas where I was doing better than I realised and explained why. Previously I have experienced negativity and been left feeling like I am fighting an unwinnable war where compliance has been concerned. Overall a very balanced and fair critique. TRDA offer great value for money with competitive and fair fee structures, not ripping off brokers with huge price hikes when they renew. In summary, I would say to any DA broker, if you want great value for your monthly fee, provided by experienced people with a great attitude to promoting a positive vibe in all areas of the industry, give TRDA a chance, I believe that you won't regret it.”
