βI have stared attending pole fitness lessons last year in January, loved it so much that I have only every missed 5 lessons in the whole year. I have been in both Coventry and Southam venue. The classes aren't too crowded and when there is more people then usual Liam always makes sure that everyone had a fair go on the pole. He motives in a way that even if you think you cannot do a pose, you will complete it feeling super proud of yourself. I would recommend propole fitness to anyone! I have tried a different class in a different venue, and still stuck to propole as it is just a lot better. Every lesson is different and it is never boring. All the people that I have met in the classes have been nothing but welcoming and lovely. In the past I have never done any sport or sport such a long time , but because of the way the lessons are taught I know that I will be attending Liam's classes as long as it will be possible. Have nothing but good things to say.β
βAfter struggling with back pain for about 5 years, with no lasting results from physio sessions, Suzie was the only person who identified my problem, and worked with me until I got it under control. Today, I've completed two marathons with no back problems whatsoever! I cannot express enough my gratitude for her dedication for helping out people and for constantly focusing on expanding her knowledge to make everyone's life better.β
βMy 3 year old son went along to a dance session and initially was hesitant to try out the activities. However with encouragement and support from Miss Gemma, he finished off the day saying how much he loved it and now calls himself a dancer. Thanks Miss Gemma for boosting a little boy's confidence and letting him see that he can do anything he sets his mind to!β
βMy daughter has been at Valentines for a few months, we was made very welcome from the first time by all the teachers, dancers and parents, the teachers are brilliant at getting the best of your child and the other dancers are so supportive, my daughter enjoys going so much and to see how she has progressed in a short time is testament to the teaching available.β

βAbsolutely amazing dance school, the staff teach each child as an individual, my girls have gained so much confidence and love for dance. I went to this dance school as a child and couldn't imagine not sending my girls here. Thank you CAD for building the foundations of dance and welcoming the girls into the CAD family.β
βFor all this time that I've been coming to these lessons I've learned so much and Alex by far has been the teacher with the biggest contribution towards my development out of all the teachers I've ever had in any dance style. So I just wanted to share how grateful I am to her for being so amazing and always willing to help out in any way possible (both as a teacher and as a person). I hope that she'll continue to make dancers out of talentless people such as myself and will light up the same intense spark for them as she did for me at day 1. Salsa has had one of the largest positive impacts on me in recent years and I never would have reached the same level of happiness, confidence and joy and never would have met so many of the great friends that I have now if it wasn't for her (or someone as good as her). Finally, I genuinely think that other experienced teachers seriously need to consider her teaching approach and that they still have a lot to learn, especially from her.β
βAbsolutely amazing school! Iβve been dancing at spellbound for three years now and Iβm so glad to have found spellbound! My journey in dance has gone such a long way , now I go to auditions and take part in different shows and I could never be more grateful for all the support and dedication from all the teachers!β

βLessons with Katalina are joyous. The icing on the cake is now being able to swim in open water at Dostill Quarry. It is absolutely wonderful! I loved it so much, I went back 3 days later.β
βSuch a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.β
