“We visited Fraser Hart Stratford a couple of months ago to purchase a Tag Heuer watch, the service by the Fraser Hart Team was fab. We returned a week later as the watch bracelet needed altering, we spoke to Anne and she sorted it out straight away, again the service was fab and was no trouble at all. We returned last week with my mom to purchase a ring, we again had Anne to help and advise us, the service was once again outstanding. We returned today to pick it up as a different size had to be ordered in and we were made to feel so special, the ring was perfect and so was the experience. Anne and her team are knowledgeable, patient, attentive, professional, friendly and kind. “I brought a used gold chain from another dealer in Coventry, after the sale was complete and I went home there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding about the weight. So I got a refund and went in to the golden shop to see Sanjay after. He did me a very good deal on a new chain. After the sale was complete I went back because I wasn’t happy with the clasp, but I was being very picky. Sanjay listened to what I wanted and had it altered at no extra charge. I’m really happy with it. They were friendly, informative and very professional each time I visited the shop. Which turned out to me a few times. I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

Not only the pieces they have are unique and gorgeous, but the service is also outstanding! I have a toddler who loves to pull on my necklaces and has broken the chain when doing so, but gladly Dion offer a repair service that is also great. “Received my casting back for my baby boy earlier than the given time frame and it’s absolutely STUNNING! Of course you expect to wait for bespoke gifts but I’ll tell you the wait is worth it. They also messaged me before setting the casts to check layout options which was really nice. Lucy was fantastic with my baby boy and had him smiling during the process. The whole team is great and will work with you on ideas you have. Highly recommend! 5* Only issue is to take your bank card as it’s hard to not get carried away with all the beautiful personalised ideas on display and want them all ;)”

Their rhinestones are the best quality and extremely sparkly as you would want. I would definitely recommend, I have been using this company for about a year now and the delivery is on time every time. If you have any problems they will help you, they are positive and generally such lovely people and want the best for you.
