“I chose to stay here instead of at the NEC hotel, for my visit to the Classic Motor Show. The price for my one night including breakfast was very reasonable. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. My room was clean, tidy and complete with a large shower room and comfy bed. The evening meal and breakfast exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Ibis to anyone wanting to stay in the area or visit the NEC. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the station, a short train ride to Birmingham International and then another short walk into the exhibition centre.”
“We stayed one night . walked into reception greeted by a welcoming and polite gentleman . He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed by our stay . staff from start to finish were all there to assist you with anything we needed . Upon arriving in our room it was very Clean and neat . The toilet , showroom were exceptionally clean with great toiletries included. The bed was very clean and comfy and had a great night sleep. The breakfast was nice but needed some attention with more staff and more organisation but highly satisfied with the quality of food and amount of options . High recommended to members of the public or business trips ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks , Brook and Millie”
“How do I get into the hostel, i have a friend about to become homeless and need some help with place to stay”
“My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of an Acklams tour, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was quite large, very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities - tea/coffee, WiFi, hairdryer, comfortable large bed etc. The food was excellent with hot/cold buffet breakfast and a varied evening dinner menu each night with large portions. It was very difficult to criticise this hotel with the only minor points being the lack of a grab handle or two to assist getting in/out of the bath/shower and maybe a warning sign in the bathroom to make guests aware of the very hot water ! Thoroughly recommend.”
“Great hotel for Travellers. I had a lovely large bedroom with 2 king-size beds, on my stay but I did upgrade on booking invite. Evening meal was limited in choice but good portions of food.”
“What excellent value for money. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful, the room small and basic. But everything you need, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Looking forward to my next stay.”
“This family hotel is excellent value for money! Rooms are clean and very practical for business travel. Staff is extremely helpful, catering to all your needs proactively. After having had a wonderful stay I booked the next week without hesitation!”
“Simple, clean, friendly. I read people complaining that the breakfast pastries are small... This is true, but they are not limited, so it's pretty easy to have a couple instead of one big one. I was totally satisfied. I needed budget, convenient, accommodation and this was perfect. It is not a luxury hotel, it does not claim to be, but I had no complaints!”
“Lovely clean room with plenty of facilities including fridge and microwave and huge shower area. Very impressive for the price.”
“I don't normally leave reviews but I had to give due praise to Anisha she's very helpful, caring , patient to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable. My property is in safe hands with GD. I sincerely appreciate their great care and attention to detail.”
“We have just spent 2 nights at Achill House October 2024,myself and husband in a double room and our daughter with 3 young children in the family room. We were made most welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs very nicely. Mary has thought about peoples needs and provides lots of ameneties and extras. We sat in a booth in the garden one night and in the lounge another night, very pleasant. I looked round the spa areas and thought they were very special. Next time i think i will book a treatment.Parking is free, also wifi. We had breakfast at The Wilsons just round the corner. Quite a good deal as we had children eat for £1 each, used at breakfast and evening meal. Beware though- adult breakfast £6.99 but coffee is another£2.50 each (bottomless). We will certainly go again in the future. Thanks Mary and staff.”
“I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding at Hampton Manor this summer and absolutely loved it! The venue is elegant, full of charm and surrounded by stunning gardens where they had an outdoor ceremony. The team were kind, professional and made the day run seamlessly. It’s such an inspiring location for photography and I’d love to return again soon ❤️”
“Wonderful experience here. The owners and staff are super friendly. The location is great - on a quiet, pretty street a 6 minute walk from the station, and the room was spotless and well appointed. And breakfast was tasty and generous. For the price it’s a superb guesthouse”
“We stayed for one night, was greeted at the door, property was perfect location, hidden behind houses, you wouldn't even know it's here. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again”
“Just the perfect getaway for my new fiancé and I to unwind and relax and enjoy our newly engaged experience. The hot tub and the open air with the sky lit up with all the stars was amazing. Waking up in the morning to beautiful sunrises and tweeting birds. No TV and nothing to distract you from the beauty of where you are. The room was so cosy and warm even though it was so cold outside. Absolutely loved every minute being there.”
“We stayed in the well designed and well equipped annexe called the "Potting Shed" located at the back of the main house which was nice and quiet. There's ample on-site parking which is free. Park Cottage is only a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle and provides good access to the High Street with its shops and eating places. Our hosts, Janet and Stuart were very accommodating. Stuart provided us with an excellent full English Breakfast and Janet was very knowledgeable about what was happening at the Castle and recommended several eating places in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.”
“Excellent, first class. From the moment we arrived our hosts Janet and Stewart could not have been more welcoming, they were the best most accommodating couple. Park Cottage is the most quaint building, every room from reception to dining room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We stayed in the Elizabeth four poster bedroom. There was nothing to fault, all your needs are met, from beautiful clean towels, shampoo and shower gel to chocolates on the pillow and pear drops on the dressing table. All the furniture was true to the room. It just looked like stepping into a stately home. The breakfast in the morning was superb, once again nothing was too much trouble and everything cooked fresh. There are no words great enough to recommend a stay here. Would i recommend this to people.....ABSOLUTELY”
“Amazing scout campsite really glad I came here with SSAGO. The trek from the station isn't too bad however I don't recommend it with a very heavy rucksack. At the campsite you can hear the planes and trains but there is no shortage of wildlife sounds and sightings. Facilities in good condition and overall it's a great place to take your group! I forgot to take photos of the place in general but here's the night sky from the brownie field. Despite being so close to towns and cities the sky is very very clear!”
“I recently hosted my best friend's baby shower at The Old Hall, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The venue was perfect, providing a lovely atmosphere that made the day very special. A special thank you to Millie and Emily, whose kindness and friendliness truly made the event shine. They couldn't have been more helpful ensuring everything went smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for better support. I highly recommend The Old Hall for any gathering!”
“We reserved a handicap room. It didn't make a difference for me, but the shower had about a 6" threshold. Otherwise, the room was perfect. The service and food were perfect.”
“I had a great stay at Jasmine House, really spacious room and a lovely shower!”
“The hotel stays in the best place location in Stratford Upon Avon, you can walk from train station just 10 mins and walk to the main sightseeing in 5 mins~ Super nice brownie caramel cake i have eat before! Do not miss! And all staff very nice! Great hotel!”
“The staff and facilities are fantastic and clean as you would expect from a camping and caravan site. the only issue is if you are on the grass electric pitches you are.close to the motorway and the noise is like white noise 24/7. My advice would be to get a hard standing pitch behind the main block which is not so noisy. We went to the black Country museum which was great with motorhome parking with no additional charge. the m6 motorway was a nightmare and congested.”
“Modern hotel nice rooms. Comfy bed. Used the restaurant for evening meal, the curry of the day was recommended by Mukesh he was attentive without being intrusive and the curry was excellent. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience staff very good and polite.”
