“Stayed here for an event at the NEC. Super clean, modern but still homely, lovely hosts and an amazing full English breakfast! And free, secure carparking too!”
“Stayed for 2 nights. Very helpful & pleasant staff. 2 very nice dinners; the menu was somewhat limited. Excellent full english breakfast. Room very pleasant & clean; bed was comfortable. Only criticism is the absence of a light over the mirror above the dressing table.”
“We recently planned an office event at Falcon Hatton, Warwick, and had an amazing experience! The restaurant offers authentic Indian food with rich flavors and a warm, cozy ambience that everyone loved. They set up a wellorganized buffet for us, which was perfectly timed and managed. A special mention to Prasanna, who coordinated everything with great patience from customizing the menu to offering the best prices. His professionalism and attention to detail made the event smooth and enjoyable. This place is definitely going to be our go to spot for future company events. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Indian cuisine and excellent hospitality!”
“The staff who work here are excellent. The room was nice and clean. The location was very good close to the things we wanted to do. We were given free access as guests to the firework display which was really special. The swimming pool and hydro pool were really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had a really great stay would highly recommend.”
“Lovely hosts - not often you get served breakfast by a world cup rugby star! And proper freshly cooked breakfast, too. Basis rooms, but comfortable and quiet - a good night's sleep. About half a mile from the centre with free parking.”
“Had a lovely stay at bridge farm, Fi and her team were very welcoming, the cottage was immaculate everything you need and lovely touches with added extras milk and biscuits lovely seating outside to definitely recommend and going back”
“Staying for a work conference. It has all the facilities you need and the food is very good. Proper scrambled eggs made with cream. Evening meal was also of a high standard.”
“Stayed here whilst in the area at BP pulse live and gotta say the staff were fab… phoned the morning of too ask over early check in as it was a long drive and they were marvellous at accommodating this… The was one minor issue but nothing to make a fuss of and again staff always happy to help The room was great but the views and quietness for me was really what finished off the place highly recommend”
“Went for a meal with friends and stayed over. Such a lovely welcome, great service and an absolutely delicious breakfast. Gorgeously decorated bedrooms with a lot of thought gone into the decor and details! We will be back again soon!”
“Fabulous cuisine. Tried the steak, seabass, minestrone soup and tiramisu dessert. The steak was like striking the palate with unforgettable memory.”
“We had a ladies mini golf break to Ardencote. Afternoon golf, dinner, shared room, breakfast buffet, more golf. Great location for a mixed age and ability group. Course is very flat and not particularly interesting but suited the needs of our group and our texas scramble comp. One lady hired a buggy. The spa facilities were lovely. We all agreed that the hotel and the dinner were great. I thought the staff were particularly helpful.”
“Stayed at this hotel with work, and I was really impressed from my arrival. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I had injured myself prior to visiting and staff were quick to help out. Even though they did not have any ice packs, they made sure to improvise and I couldn't be more grateful. Bar service was quick, and they accommodated a large party for dining. Food came out quickly and tasted great. A great sleep after a long drive!”
“We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.”
“We had our corporate Christmas event at Ansty Hall, and I couldn’t speak highly enough of our experience. We had James in the daytime who was absolutely fantastic and so attentive. He was extremely likeable and also very helpful and flexible when it came to changing the time of our lunch, and providing general assistance with setting up the day. The evening part was equally well managed by Desmond, delaying courses whilst we finished our quiz rounds without us even having to ask. Overall it was brilliant!”
“Great hotel good rooms stayed here twice. Close to centre free parking plus food shops across the road. For take away. Staff very helpful xxx”
“I stayed in room number 5, it was a perfect size, has everything I needed and was very comfy. There was lots of pubs and shops nearby and loads of places to eat. The owner was lovelly and very helpful, not that I needed much help but she was easy to contact and my stay for 3 nights was very nice. Highly recommended”
“For £90 the room was a generous size and clean. Although only mid-September the heating was already on so it was comfortable.”
“We stayed on the campsite in early January, in our campervan. This is one of the rare sites that are open all year and have a toilet block with shower. The site is easy to find, secure with key pad controlled high gates and surrounded by gardens and fields. Pitches are large, hard standing and level. Even after torrential rain, these were fine (although grass understandably boggy). Electric hook up and water taps between pitches. Toilet block is in the end of a barn building. All tiled, clean, windows a little shabby but ok. Unisex, 2 toilet cubicles and 2 large cubicles with wash basins and shaver points. One electric shower in cubicle with shower curtain too - the usual set up at campsites. The block is unheated but there is a blow heater on the wall that you can activate. Soap, air-hand dryer, toilet paper all provided. There is only a charge for the electrically heater hot water -50p shower, 20p basin hot water. We thought it would be too cold to shower in comfort in January but it was fine. Plenty of time to shower, nice and hot. Be aware though, no suitable washing up facility (outside sink cold only). The road nearby is busy so expect road noise (and sheep bleating, bird song too). Didn't seem to be a campervan discharge point, so expect to use the old bowl and bucket if you want to empty grey water. There is a chemical loo emptying place and the usual waste area. Reason for 5 stars...excellent value!(And a nice owner.)”
“Room simply but sufficiently equipped. Clean, tidy and exceptionally quiet. Good road links especially to south and east. Will certainly stay there again.”
“This lovely hotel is not located far from the centre of Stratford upon Avon but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The double room was well laid out and clean. Staff for friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning had a food spread. We also had a lovely evening meal here as well. Although a bit on the pricey side the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.”
“Fantastic value for money. £37 a night during the Summer holidays is brilliant, especially when it includes free parking and free WiFi. Very close to Birmingham Airport, National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Railway Station too. Room was quite impressive with an excellent bathroom and shower area and it had recent carpets and had just been painted as well.”
“We had the best time on 'Smoke'. Henry and Tabitha were amazing hosts and had thought of everything in advance. They were also able to give us great local knowledge and ideas on stopping points and pubs. The narrowboat itself is beautiful and has been fabulously decorated so that it feels more like a spacious apartment than anything else. Our teenage sons loved it (I think probably in spite of themselves!) and we will definitely be back for more”
“A great holiday here the air is so fresh”
“Booking via our company for a work related stay, the initial contact was prompt friendly and welcoming. Then liaising directly with Sarah the owner, was great too. Our artist had a relaxing and a well needed place to rest between production times. We will definitely be using again.”
“5 Stars – A Seamless Stay at George St Townhouse I had a wonderful experience staying at the George St Townhouse by Leamington Apartments. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, modern, and thoughtfully prepared for a short or extended stay. The location on George Street is absolutely ideal—quiet yet centrally situated, with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. It’s perfect for both business travelers and holidaymakers. The townhouse itself is well-equipped with all the essentials: a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, ample workspace, a fully fitted kitchen, and a spotless bathroom. Every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the hosts, including Jason Wan, was prompt and professional. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The property offers a great balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience, much like a high-end Airbnb experience but with added professionalism and consistency. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would not hesitate to stay at George St Townhouse again. Regards, Dr. Gulzar Singh London”
“An excellent little cottage for 2. No pets or children. Good location for Warwick and Leamington as well as lots of National Trust properties and Kenilworth Castle.”
“Good place, new construction.. good garden area for kids to play... Good place to stay...”
“I never stopped here but looks like a beautiful place very peaceful and tranquil some beautiful views”
“Visited several times over the years. Always a warm welcome and delicious culinary treats. Thank you.”
“Great holiday home for a family of four and grandparents on top of that too. WiFi isn't the most secure but not if you're only using it for browsing the web and social media. Very comfortable, three different areas for dining and lounging, upstairs and downstairs bathroom and a place to do laundry not to mention two working TVs.”
