“Went here yesterday 18th dec for some hot drinks before panto at the priory theatre. 5 adults 2 teens and a 6 year old. The man serving us (didn’t catch his name) couldn’t be more accommodating, very friendly and helpful and enthusiastic he took our order, made suggestions on drinks including which size would be best for the little one and then found us a lovely table, the waitress (also didn’t catch her name) young girl was lovely, the vibe felt very welcoming and the hot drinks were really cheap and the hot chocolates had cream and marshmallows which were offered I didn’t have to ask like in most places. Will deffo be back hopefully for food next time”

“A wonderful pub in the shadow of Kenilworth Castle that serves huge plates of excellent pub grub for very reasonable prices. Friendly efficient staff and lovely real ale. Do go there if you're in the area. Probably best to book to ensure a table as it was almost full when we were there.”

“I ordered a collection from here on Saturday night. Unfortunately I bought it home and fell asleep. I ate the lamb tikka biryani the next day and boy was it still full of flavour. The lamb was tender and perfectly spiced. Even after a night in the fridge it was not dry at all. The sauce was exactly how I wanted after making a slight change to the order. I can only imagine how good it would have tasted fresh. Would definitely order again and try the rest of the menu. Keep up the work lads”

“We skirted by Southam on our journey from Dunkirk to Blackpool just so we could visit our favourite Chinese food takeaway. We had stayed on a number of occasions nearby in Marton and always made sure we visited this excellent establishment. We only ordered part of the usual meal we have ordered but it gave us the boost we needed to carry on and complete the journey in one day. Evidence that it is a good place to go? ALWAYS customers in front of and behind you combined with speedy service.”

“My go to place for take out evenings. Food is usually really good delivery doesn't take long.. typical 45 mins.. prices have not long gone up but still pretty reasonable. It's a shame that the eat in option has gone. Atmosphere is usually busy on the weekends (good sign) walk in to collect and you don't usually have to wait too long either..”

“This was the best Indian I had in my life the staff were extremely helpful and polite and didn’t mind when I asked for different variations of my meals as my daughter is quite picky. The food was amazing and came quick, even the toilets were nice and clean unlike many places I have been too. I would come again definitely my go to now. The owner seemed passionate and welcomed us in and even turned the fan on for us.”

“Amazing service and food. We had paneer kadai, chicken lababdaar, garlic naan and tandoori roti and of course mango lassi is an all time favourite. Food is authentic and I have not had better naan anywhere in UK. Harindar was superb in serving us and also got a special lassi glass for our daughter.”

“Nicely decorated restaurant with polite attentive staff. They have a wide range of dishes on offer covering the whole of India’s cuisine. We elected for northern Indian style dishes and we can safely safe they were very traditional in flavour, so we were incredibly satisfied. Each curry dish had a good amount of meat in it too which is worth mentioning (Lamb Balti and a Chicken Vindaloo). The Paneer for starters was a good way to get the juices flowing. All in all a brilliant experience; traditional, authentic flavours and good fair prices!”

The portion size was generous, and it came with perfectly cooked chips and a fresh helping from the salad bar, which is always a great bonus at Harvester. “Loved the variety of dough balls especially the loaded pesto dough balls. Other items we loved were- lemon and herb chicken wings, veg Giardiniera with Jalapeno peppers. I would advise to book a table in advance during weekends and use the app to have discounts or free slides. They accept cash, card or pay by the app.”

“Been on the hunt for decent chips for ages. Most seem rubbery and a bit weird tasting if they have been sitting for a bit. We heard good things being said about this place and gave it a try. Chips cooked to order, piping hot and tasty. Fish looked good so will be having some next time. Really happy we found you and worth the drive from Dunchurch. “Rarely leave reviews but I really enjoy this place. They delivery to me usually really fast, it’s always hot. You get so much meat/ decent portions for the price (kebabs in particular) and the quality of the meat doesn’t taste cheap. Only criticism is as follows: Next time you close for a month, please put a date when you reopen on the site as we’ve been waiting with no clue! So glad you’re open again! And perhaps a tad more lettuce on the kebabs, that’s the cheap part anyway :)!”

“What an amazing find. I organised for my group to centre here from all over England. Parking was good, it was not centre of town too, but on a busy high st. The food was amazing! I had the vegan corn ribs, which was the best food experience I have had as a vegan. I do miss holding a bone and eating from it. My main was a the stuffed pepper, also good. Well presented, tasty and a decent size. Others in the party had burgers, platters and wings which reports where good. The drinks selection was decent too. Staff where friendly and attentive, which was totally lovely to add to the experience. Overall, I rarely give 5 stars, but this deserves it 100%. Great job team street.”
