Had a consultation prior to my appointment, where I got to meet my hairdresser Craig, do a patch test, discuss style/colour I wanted and have a look around the salon. On appointment day, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! I was offered plenty of refreshments, Craig was sociable and super easy to talk to! My hair came out looking amazing, feeling amazing and honestly was a real confidence booster. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and work to a high quality standard! 10/10 would recommend!!”
