A kindly and knowledgeable young lady took us through the various types, styles, designs, sizes and cloth weaves for riser chairs available. We could spend as long as we liked trying the comfortable seating in order to choose the one that we liked the best. Also, care was taken to ensure the proper measurements and appropriate fit was chosen for the person for whom it was to be bought. A costly choice by any measure, but hopefully rewarding with comfort into old age.”

“We bought our bathroom suite from Bryan when the business was Bathrooms inc and other than a revisit to have our downstairs cloakroom fitted out we haven't had much cause to drop back in because both rooms haven't just stood the test of time, they have hardly aged at all. It wasn't until last weekend when popping in for a new 'pop up' plug mechanism, we realised that it was 12 years since we fitted our bathroom suite. When we bought the bathroom suite Bryan really sold the idea of buying good quality and 12 years later on, he is proved to be absolutely right. Thanks Bryan!!”

“Ate here tonight and initially seated near a very loud group of women. We asked to be moved and were quickly accommodated further away (and followed by another couple also moving away). The loud group were soon asked by the waiting staff to moderate their volume (some of the language being unpleasant), which was done very politely and professionally. The group eventually decided to leave which meant the atmosphere improved considerably. It was a delicate situation for the staff which was admirably handled. Meanwhile- we ordered our food and wine- lovely meals- a great choice on the menu, large portions, very tasty and fresh. The wine was beautiful. A great place for a delicious meal with excellent staff. We will return.”

“This is one of the best hair salons I have been too. Not just because they have very talented stylists (if you have curly hair ask for Ellie)and great products. But also their customer service is superb. Friendly professional and so helpful. Have two little kids and sometimes I need to take my 6 months old or my 4 year old. All the ladies are so helpful and offer to look after them when I have to get my hair washed. I just feel so looked after here and comfortable! Thank you!”

“As a low carb vegetarian with a gluten intolerance, it’s fabulous to find a restaurant flexible and obliging enough to adjust their offerings to my atypical needs. Whilst hubby tucked in to his ribs with fries, my halloumi was served minus the rice or fries, but with a lovely range of (extra veg). It was so good that I asked if the halloumi I couldn’t manage could be boxed and the very friendly and obliging staff did just that. It’s so refreshing to find this level of service. My only critique is that the decor could be smartened up a little, but that did not detract from our experience.”

“Stayed five nights, and the room met my expectations and requirements, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had breakfast 2 mornings, perfect meal. However, on the final morning, the waitress, to me, was not very friendly. All the other staff I saw were very friendly and helpful.”

“Having spent hours walking around different stores we finally found what we needed from this store. The salesman couldn't have been more helpful. Our second purchase made today and again Steve was so helpful and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the store. Just a phone call over the weekend and he sorted everything for our visit. Can't fault this store.”
