That aside, we had a fantastic drive out and the food was super tasty. Huge thank you to Ed, a star employee, he really impressed us with his professionalism and can do approach. We had issues with the food ordering app, it was no drama for Ed he came out and took our order then delivered the drinks, very polite and a credit to C&M.”

The team went above and beyond by holding the items safely for me until I was ready to receive them, with one of the delivery team personally looking after me over email to make sure everything was arranged perfectly. Delivery itself was exceptional: two men in a van drove three hours from Coventry, setting off around three in the morning, and arrived with everything in perfect condition. This level of care avoided all the usual courier pitfalls and gave me complete confidence in the process. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and when my dog accidentally (on purpose!) scratched the velvet bench just two days later, the after-sales support was equally impressive. They sent me a free superior brush to help restore the velvet, showing genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company—quality products at a great price, backed by service that feels personal, professional, and truly rare these days.”

“We had a really lovely afternoon at the Leif Tea Rooms. We had afternoon tea which was scrumptious. There was a great choice of fillings for the sandwiches which were amazing, plenty of filling! The scones were a delight and the cakes of lemon drizzle, chocolate fudge and victoria sponge were delicious. Very generous portion of everything, couldn't eat it all. But the wonderful staff supplied boxes to take away. We had prosseco which made it more special and were seated by the christmas tree on comfy sofas and chairs. It made our family catch up a special occasion and we would like to say thank you to all the staff who were so nice. Will definitely return, we had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon! Definitely recommended.”
