Luke could’ve taken advantage of the situation to make Kwik-Fit an extra £600, but he didn’t- for which I am very grateful :) Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and are susceptible to falling down rabbit holes designed to convince you that you need stuff that you don’t!”

They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”
