“Amazing quality, service and price. Unfortunately, I got pushed to the side of the road by an oncoming lorry, resulting in complete rashing and chips to the passenger side alloy of my VW Arteon R. Called Diamond alloys who were nothing short of amazing!!! They were knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. All my questions were answered and I had full confidence to leave my car with them. “Recently, I visited the service several times, and I'm very upset with myself that I didn't find these guys before. It would have saved me a lot of money and headache because their service is nothing less than amazing. My first visit was planned for a major service of my 3L diesel Jag and an MOT. Once I arrived at reception, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly attitude. I mentioned that a few months ago another garage had changed my brake pads, and since then, I'd had a small brake fluid leak. I also mentioned a squeaky noise coming from the front driver's side. The result: the major service was done quickly and, more importantly, professionally. The guys discovered that the pollen filter holder had a crack, which they fixed. They also exchanged a poorly applied silicone seal for a proper one, repaired the brake fluid leak, and fixed the squeaky noise from the front driver's side. And the price? They only charged me for the service and MOT – wow! Nothing extra. My second visit was actually the next day. My MOT report mentioned that the rear tyres were close to the legal limit – which wasn't a surprise to me. I came in again and was welcomed just like the day before. We had a discussion about which tyres would be best, and I ordered a set of new ones. The price was cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The only issue during the fitting was that one of the locking wheel nuts snapped, which is apparently not uncommon for Jag owners – they snap easily. The guys recommended that I buy some proper wheel nuts that had good customer feedback. I bought the new ones, came back, and surprise, surprise, they changed them for me immediately, free of charge. As I said at the start, I'm upset that I didn't find these guys sooner. They aren't focused on making every single pound from you; what they are focused on is having happy customers who will trust their work and return every single time service is needed. If you want a hassle-free and professional experience, this is the place. Looking for anything else would be your mistake. Thank you!”

“Ive visit this place on sunday 22nd Oct 2023. The last time ive visit was in 2009 before we moved away from the city. Its nice to see the owner still plodding on. Its a great car parts shop. Lately its very hard to look a specific parts on the Internet (ebay used to be good). But when they send a wrong part, you have to send it back and wait for days again. Im happy with shops like auto deal or chopra's, bestwicks, halfords etc theyre still here. Keep up the good work guys.”
