The order was ready within 20 minutes (for a big order at lunch time on a Saturday we were impressed) Everyone agreed it tasted fantastic and the service was brilliant. No sooner have you handed your money over they're handing your food over too! Order correct all the time so far, piping hot and done to perfection. KFC at Derby Meteor centre , Wyvern and Foresters all got the orders wrong and the chicken was all bone and burnt to a crisp!! So Stick to the Derby/willington KFC.”

“From just looking at the menu the food seems really basic and overpriced and I do find it difficult to justify spending £9.95 on lunch (with the small portion option) but while the ingredients are simple the portion you get for small is filling and as they say the ingredients truly are fresh and delicious. My favourites were the daal and hot potatoes. The main protein I had, chicken breast, seemed bland at first glance but actually tasted very good. Unfortunately I forgot to take additional pictures below the top layer. I think I'd only get this for lunch on special occasions but I think I would get the better value medium for dinner more often, I can't imagine finishing a medium bowl in one sitting. 2: I finally found an excuse to go again and it was really good. I had the salmon this time, which cost £2.50 extra ! It was quite good, a touch fishy. I had the daal, chicken curry, beef rice thingy. It was all quite filling and good.”

“My partner and I rang up to book a table late on bank holiday Sunday and luckily they squeezed us in. First time visiting and it is a lovely setting a small restaurant, it doesn't have much branding on the outside but looks like they have a lot of regulars! Staff were lovely prices were very reasonable and the food was lush! Good portion sizes too! My only quarrel is that the steak cheese burger I had said it was American cheese but it was more of a sauce (see in my photo) than a cheese slice which wasn't to my taste but that is more of a preference and just something I thought I'd make people aware of. Lovely restaurant!”

Personally for me it’s the Lamb Shank dish, spicy but amazing. There’s an excellent verity of dishes to choose from which are beautifully presented. The service is always accompanied with a smile. The dining area is well lit, clean with refreshing white tableware, a cabin style seating area is also available. The price is reasonable. We visited on a Thursday at 6pm, come 8pm it was full.
