“Recently, I visited the service several times, and I'm very upset with myself that I didn't find these guys before. It would have saved me a lot of money and headache because their service is nothing less than amazing. My first visit was planned for a major service of my 3L diesel Jag and an MOT. Once I arrived at reception, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly attitude. I mentioned that a few months ago another garage had changed my brake pads, and since then, I'd had a small brake fluid leak. I also mentioned a squeaky noise coming from the front driver's side. The result: the major service was done quickly and, more importantly, professionally. The guys discovered that the pollen filter holder had a crack, which they fixed. They also exchanged a poorly applied silicone seal for a proper one, repaired the brake fluid leak, and fixed the squeaky noise from the front driver's side. And the price? They only charged me for the service and MOT – wow! Nothing extra. My second visit was actually the next day. My MOT report mentioned that the rear tyres were close to the legal limit – which wasn't a surprise to me. I came in again and was welcomed just like the day before. We had a discussion about which tyres would be best, and I ordered a set of new ones. The price was cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The only issue during the fitting was that one of the locking wheel nuts snapped, which is apparently not uncommon for Jag owners – they snap easily. The guys recommended that I buy some proper wheel nuts that had good customer feedback. I bought the new ones, came back, and surprise, surprise, they changed them for me immediately, free of charge. As I said at the start, I'm upset that I didn't find these guys sooner. They aren't focused on making every single pound from you; what they are focused on is having happy customers who will trust their work and return every single time service is needed. If you want a hassle-free and professional experience, this is the place. Looking for anything else would be your mistake. Thank you!”

“Went in with my husband with a coat we bought few months ago which had ripped. We had no receipt, explained the situation. Was very impressed and happy with the service we received from staff especially manager Chloe who did an exchange for us straight away. “After a very disappointing visit to Curry's, we popped in today because my washer packed up. Bought a washer and Condensor drier from your shop and within the hour they were already delivered and installed by poor Craig. I say 'poor Craig' because the task he had was almost impossible but he managed to squeeze them around tight spaces and then fit them in to a very narrow space off my kitchen. Well done to him and thanks very much for your brilliant service today.”

“The lovely lady in the Burton shop cut off my wedding ring as it was stuck. So kind, and gentle. After leaving my finger to get back to normal for 8 weeks I left my wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring to be resized. Expecting to have to wait at least two weeks, I was delighted to get them back within a couple of days. They now fit perfectly, can’t tell they’ve been altered and look like new. They are always really efficient and quick to fill any scripts and really take the time to check -in and answer any questions you may have but most recently found they do walk in consults, it’s now my go to place to skip the long wait at the doctors! both me and my partner were in and prescribed antibiotics before we got to the front of the telephone queue at the doctors. Highly recommend!”

“This is a busy cafe during peak times but I went in at 10 am and they had just opened up and there were many seats available. Tickes most boxes for me, therefore is also wheelchair access and a pay and display car park nearby too. It is fairly small but you can wait for a seat however, they put extra furniture outside on a good day, I definitely recommend this cafe.”
