“I visited Glittering Edge to take a weekend knife smithing course. Greg was a fantastic teacher, ensuring i was happy throughout with the steps I would be following to create my new knife. He has a lot of experience and is happy to be as hands on or off as you need and are comfortable with as you craft your own knife. I really enjoyed the experience and it was impressive to see some of the pieces Greg has completed and others that are underway. If you have ever fancied having a go at crafting your own knife I highly recommend doing so under the tutelage of Greg at glittering edge.”

“I came in on Saturday 18 February with my Mum who is in her 70s and still thinks she is a M&S size 14 (she’s probably a size 10). The lady who served us was absolutely gorgeous, Mum tried on a couple of jumpers, there was one clear winner but she’d chosen a medium to try on which drowned her, we swapped her to the small but even that was too big, we had to persuade her to try XS which was perfect. I was really struggling to find a wedding band to fit my engagement ring when I reached out to JBD, they couldn’t have been more helpful from the get go. I found the perfect ring, it was very reasonably priced, the communication was amazing and the turn around time was so quick. They cleaned up my engagement ring whilst I was there to collect my wedding band also and had that looking as good as new too. When I handed over a very old gold plated Pandora ring which barely resembled its original form it was so discoloured I didn’t have much hope it could be saved but I shouldn’t have worried because 20 minutes later that also looked as good as new. I will be back for all future jewellery needs and will be sure to recommend to all my family and friends.”
