“All the staff at Vets4pets have been amazing over the last couple of days, from reception to nursing staff and both vets. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”

“Been using Albavet since I moved to Dunfermline 3 years ago and can't fault them, great friendly service for all our cats at reasonable prices. Whether it's all the staff gushing over how cute your ginger kitten is (and how much they've enjoyed getting cuddles off him whilst he's been in!) or just sending a card when one of our cats has died (even once when we didn't get the chance to take them to the vet and just had to tell them over the phone after the fact) Albavet always seem to add that extra personal touch that is so appreciated. “I e alway struggled to find a Barber, one whose focus on hair cut, wasn’t just taken from a photo on their window. As such it’s taken a long time to find that place, going from place to place never really feeling like ‘they’ cared or that they knew you. Plenty hairdressers claim to be somewhere you can go and feel comfortable and they treat you the same but most of the time, you’re either ‘just a customer’ or you feel like a third wheel as the barbers or hairdressers say hi to their pals. This being the case, I’ll travel anywhere I feel I can get a cut, that’s all of these; that I feel they care and remember me, as a customer. They know how my hair grows and through my ramblings know what suits and what I’m trying to convey. Travelling from Kirkcaldy on the bus, means I rate this place a lot. I would not travel here otherwise. The atmosphere is always nice, jovial, with banter between the barbers making a place that’s comfortable and inviting. The shop itself is such an interesting place to be with elements around to keep your eye busy if you are of a quiet demeanour. There’s always great tunes on, and in late November, they’ll have a nice display in the window too. I always choose Ryan, great guy very knowledgable and just a great person to chat too. Again he’ll recognise if you maybe of a more silent type, and broach conversations when they’re appropriate and always, always and most important; he knows how to cut hair, with and without a trimmer. Most ‘barber shops’ you’ll see rely far too heavily on them as the main tool; Ryan’s more old school than that. Sipping from one to other with grace. And if there’s time or if you ask he’ll do a wee bread trim and of course the obligatory eyebrow de-fuze; always a must if you’re at that age, which I am. I’d highly recommend this place.”

I've recently had several fillings replaced by white fillings and they actually look like real teeth now. He takes the time to explain each treatment before, during and after procedure and he carries out the work with great care and expertise. I always leave my appointment feeling happy with the work that's been done. All the staff here are fab, 5 stars!”

Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.”

“First time using this garage, however not had a blowing exhaust in a long time. My usual port of call garages in West Fife said they couldn't even look at it for a few days, never mind repair it, so I gave HQ a call. Got Kevin in the phone, very helpful, explained my car sounded like a tractor and family weren't happy ! Told me to drop the car off and he'd try and squeeze me in, which he did. Got the car back the same day, new exhaust, so i won't be wakening the neighbours tomorrow morning...pity !! Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism.”
