Fantastic service from Gemma and Amanda from choosing samples in the showroom right through to delivery and fitting. They really took ownership of the job and communicated well, ensuring we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.”

I returned to the East Kilbride store and a lovely young girl called Katie spent a long time trying to transfer the data. Thankfully with a lot of patience and persistence, she managed to do it. “A great deal of effort goes into the 5 window displays in our shop to make them attractive and cohesive. It also takes two members of staff a whole day to empty and re display them which is why it can only be changed on a monthly basis. There is a sign in the windows giving the dates for the change over of display. The feedback from customers has been positive”

“Located across Dunelm/right beside Poundland (Google Maps has it across the BBs café). Great little charity shop that has a lot of furniture available when we visited early September. Reasonably priced as well, we were able to get a loveseat, an armchair and a display cabinet for under £200 (£30 delivery). Staff/volunteers were available if needing assistance. Good place to donate/look for furnishings.”

“People think that Brighthouse is a place to avoid because they think the prices are too high but I use my local store when I need something that I can't afford to buy out right and if you look at it in a logical way it's like having a big catalogue what you can walk in too. There isn't many people who can buy something with ready cash but doing it the Brighthouse way you will get what you want when you need it and spread the cost of it over so many weeks. Just like you do with a littlewoods or graten catalogue. I find the staff in Brighthouse in Hamilton very helpful and they always work with you to get you a decent deal on the things what you want and they help you with the financial side of things. So people go speak to Mark, Andrew, Paula and see how they could help you get the things you need. They don't bite if that's what is worrying you they make you feel most welcome. I have never had any problems with the team in Brighthouse in Hamilton. They are worth more than a 5 star rating.”
