“This wee shop is iconic with everyone in Erskine as it's been around for over 30 years and for those who live in the area will have been going to the shop for the same length of time. Absolutely popular with the school kids at lunch and after school. The prices here for booze is fantastic and you'll never find friendlier shop keepers! It'll be a sad day and the end of an era when the shop finally closes but I hope that'll never happen!”

Bakery always looks very good and tempting, definitely one of the better lidl stores for this, checkouts can get busy but again this store is very good at putting on extra tills.”

“Darling, you simply cannot shop at anywhere but Waitrose. Tesco and Lidl are utterly ghastly and their produce are nothing but mere carcinogens in disguise, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Waitrose, on the other hand, is truly miraculous. Their watercress is fresh and zingy, their Provence rosés have such a subtly fruity yet refined bouquet of flavours, their caviar consists of nothing but pure balls of joy, their Parma ham is sliced so delicately thin it just melts in the mouth and their crème caramels and gazpacho make the perfect Sunday brunch every week. Thank you ever so much my darlings for such a tremendous supermarket.”

“Cant thank the staff in Farmfood on Anniesland rd enough. Not only are they always helpful when doing a shopping but this week they went above and beyond. After leaving the shop and entering another I discovered I had lost both my purse and phone combo. The assistant Sandra couldn’t have been more calming and helpful and the manager was brilliant at checking CCTV and giving me the assurance that I’d left the shop with both. I tried phoning to say both had been recovered but they were brilliant”

“Great Aldi store for a week's grocery shop. All the fruit and veg seems very fresh, and I love a lot of the Essentials range of foods. The Special Buys can be quite good - can include things like nonstick pans, collapsible buckets, screwdriver sets and bedding. Some really great bargains in there, and have purchased a good few before myself.”
