“Good range of goods and furniture and you always find something extra to buy apart from what you go for. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only cloud on our last visit was organising a Hertz van to self deliver our goods, the app. wouldn't let us or the staff to order one so we had to arrange our own van hire. But, the staff were as helpful as they could have using the rules and policies in place. You can't order in advance or pay for stuff to pickup apart from on the day if they can't deliver on suitable days for you. Won't stop us going again, one of those things”

“We dealt with a very nice customer service agent named Stuart. He was helpful and personable. Sometimes the agents in these types of stores can be too insistent. Stuart allowed us space and time to browse, but was attentive when we needed him. 5* because he was not annoying :)”

“I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.”

“Just had two sofas and a chair delivered by Gem Upholstery and I was delighted at the superb workmanship. Joe has managed to change a twenty year old, black suite into sofas that are going to give me a life full of joy for many more years to come. I chose magenta and green and I have no idea how to submit a picture so you can see how beautiful they look. Joe is a lovely man, he arrived when he said he would and delivery was about five weeks. Definitely recommend.”

“Paul at Uddingston store was fab, not pushy, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dining room table, bench and 4 chairs all arrived yesterday, no issues at all product as described. Delivery men were fab- no issues getting items into flat, full assembly and took away packaging. Ordered in store 03/05/2025, arrived 14/05/2025, wee bit of a wait but we were told this at time of ordering.”
