There can be a wait to be seated at times as it is only Hassan himself but if you want it done right then the wait is not an issue at all. “I was in the shop earlier this week to buy some vape liquids for my partner, I don't vape or smoke so I wasn't too sure what I was looking for when I came in, staff were more than happy to help me with finding what I needed. Ben was also happy to answer all my questions about different vapes and the quitting smoking options they offered, I didn't feel rushed or dismissed and he was patient with me while explaining the basics. Overall great customer service, a friendly shop and it's really convenient to use between errands between the train station and bus stops”

“Got a puncture that had just been repaired by the AA so was looking for a permanent repair or replacement. The member of staff that dealt with me fitted me in to their schedule, quoted for the repair then proceeded to do the work. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the work needed was as quoted. In addition, they checked and reset all my tyres and gave me a free report and video of the work (nothing needed, all fine). Excellent service and very welcoming staff.”
