Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. If Head Office read their shops reviews this one needs recognition. Thank you - now looking forward to enjoying my Christmas.”

“I wish I’d got the gentleman’s name, but the prescribing pharmacist who was on duty today, 23/09/2024 was brilliant. My GP couldn’t fit me in today but was keen for me to be seen due to my symptoms and asked me to attend a pharmacy. The pharmacist was very thorough, assessed my symptoms and prescribed the required antibiotics, etc. He was very personable and reassuring and a customer facing role is definitely the right thing for him. Thank you again, sir. And I’ll be back if needed.”

“Lyndsey at the YSL/Giorgio Armani counter was so lovely and professional, she helped shade match my mum and provided an excellent service with a lot of product knowledge (but without the pushiness to sell!). She even walked us over to another brand for their colour corrector when my mum mentioned something in passing about this which I thought was just so considerate. After taking some foundation samples home to try we will definitely be back in to hopefully purchase a full size bottle and hope to see her again x”

“Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn’t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.”
