“came in today 04/07/23 12:30am I got a consultation for a tablet off of the most lovely and professional pharmacist best customer service I’ve ever had. That good that I’ve took my own time to point it out seriously deserves recognition wish I knew her name. The receptionist Zara was so lovely and friendly reassuring me it wouldn’t be long. Every customer that came got service with a smile. What a team!! both deserve so much recognition went above and beyond for every customer x”

“The staff and service in this Tesco Store is amazing. I especially love the baking section and my favourite assistant there, is Janette, alas the previous lady left during the big shuffle. Jools and Jill (fellow cat lover's), Stuart and Adeline are always most helpful. Sometimes they play music at a reasonable volume and I find myself dancing around the isles of the store, with my trolley. Absolutely wonderful. Always a pleasant experience.”

“Have been collecting my sons and my mums medication here for a while and staff are always friendly and helpful. On my sons prescription it says flavour not specified for my sons paediasure but staff always make sure they order in the vanilla one as that’s the only one he will drink due to his extreme restrictive eating. They also help me out to the car and carry my son’s prescription which is 150 bottles so it’s a great help to me. The pharmacist has now arranged for it to be delivered so I didn’t have to manage carrying it all back in when I get home. Ive also used this pharmacy for minor ailments and staff are knowledgeable. When my mum was having problems with a certain brand of her medication they gave her a different brand that she preferred. I don’t live in clarkston anymore and live closer to other chemists but I still use clarkston pharmacy as I’ve had no issues with them.”

“Staff member went above and beyond today when I told her that I was approached by an old man outside who had dementia and forgot his way home. Without hesitation the woman came out to help, she spoke to the old man with respect and dignity and then took him back to the pharmacy to help fix the situation. Thank you!”

“I feel like recently the customer service in the pharmacy has been lacking and honestly made me want to switch pharmacies but I feel like the girl in the orange hair stood out as a beacon of exemplary customer service, extremely helpful, caring and discreet. “I''ve been going to the Pharmacy for longer than I care to admit, most recently there was a manufacturing issue with Creon's which without I like many others simply cant eat. During time both Rachael the Pharmacist and Rachael went far above and beyond trying to obtain the Creon's, they were in constant contact and displayed sheer determination and drive. They would check every morning for availability from multiple suppliers and provided continuous updates for weeks, until they eventually managed to obtain some and again called me the same day so I could collect them later that day. I have read a lot of complaints on here about this Pharmacy, my experience has always been both Rachael's and all other members of staff have always been consummate professionals, always pleasant very engaging, have the patience of a saint and will always do what they can to help and advice at the drop of a hat. Without their support and drive I don't know what I would have done. Well should be proud to have such a fantastic team of dedicated professionals all under one small roof. Best people and Pharmacy ever, they should be celebrated as they deserve it and then some.”

We were very impressed with the Danny,the Pharmacist who provided this service.He was very informative about what vaccines would meet our needs. “Outstanding professional service - I know the name of pharmacist - but perhaps she would prefer not to named. In Maryhill, I'd been subject to significant dispensing error, and taken many excessive doses of medication. Out of hours, this Lloyds pharmacist persuaded me not to induce vomiting, to drink water, to seek immediate advice from doctor. She explained issues clearly, candidly, patiently, and with kindness.
