“Nice supermarket sells everything good security but also has a lift which takes you up into Johnstone city centre so can park in morrisons car park do shopping instore but also use lift to take you into centre without worrying about ur car amazing set up and lovely people”

We get medication for a family member from another chemist, and due to an oversight it was not collected, meaning they would have no medication over the New Year holiday. Within an hour the Pharmacy team had sorted out an emergency prescription.”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution.
