Sustainable, locally sourced in the main, eco-focused store. Loads of options are sold by weight, including pasta, flour, spices, fruit and veg, nuts, grains, legumes, milk, tea coffee, oils, eggs, and cleaning products too. But what I love the most and I'd recommend you to even come here for that single thing is their peanut butter. Made by a machine in front of you from scratch from organic nuts and sold by weight! Even has organic wines and beer choices. It's simply amazing. And by comparison for what you get here, it's not that expensive, IMHO. Oh, also worth a notable mention are breads and pastries ;)”
