βVery helpful and polite staff who were able to give lots of advice and information to my auntie when we were shopping here.β
βAttended for a Gait analysis. Can't remember the guys name (aussie accent?) who carried analysis out and served me but he provided an excellent service. He was friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to locate me the perfect trainers. Would highly recommend this branch. Everyone was welcoming and after spending over an hour here, I came away very happy. Thank you!β
βWent to buy my grandsons school jumpers. The shop was very busy however Stacy and her colleagues were still very patient with the children and their parents to ensure everyone got the right size and colour.β
βI just want to tell others about my recent experience. I was looking for trainers for my eight year old daughter who is possibly ADHD and can't sit still. We went to sports direct and the man who works there was just great with her! He checked the size of the shoes on her feet and had the patience of a saint with her jumping around all over the place. He was just really kind and chilled about it. I really appreciated it, as a mother it's not often you come across great staff who are child friendly. I think you do really well with the staff you select for in store shopping, because he was really great. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be back.β
βHad what I was looking for, staff were friendly, good location. Would recommend in future.β

βApart from the reasonable prices, my friend asked for help from one of the employees for a product and he took care of her very well. Even though we had difficulty communicating because we were tourists, he was very polite to us, enjoyed talking to him wished to talk more. Such a sweet person, thank you Morganβ
βWow, what a fantastic store manager. He took extra effort to get one item, which is nowhere available in the whole south of Scotland. This is called the best customer service. This man is a big asset to any company. Would love to visit again. Thank youβ
βIn shop buying my son trainers, tried to use my blue light card. Advised I can only use it online. Staff redirected me to website and were super helpful in assisting me. βWas in twice 2 days before xmas on each day. Got help from a chap named Steven. The shop was heaving with people and the guy was cool calm and held it down checking shoe availability. Props to him, and all the staff busting their backsides right up until Christmas.β
βWithout doubt the best customer service provided by Arran when returning a faulty shoe Arran was very understanding and helped sort the problem out instantly. 10/10β
βStaff were very helpful when I had to exchange a tshirt, due to buying the wrong size, as a gift. I couldn't find my receipt from 2 days before when I had purchased it. Thankfully I still had the tags etc on it.β
βThe last time I was in argos I was looking for a new watch, I had checked out what watches was on the argos website but I decided to go look in argos for my new watch as the website only showed some watches. So the ideal thing is to go into argos and there you would be able to try on the watch and the staff will help you. Where as if you buy on line for your watch it's mostly guess work in will it fit me will it look good etc. So go into argos and let the staff help you with what you want. There is nothing better than speaking to the staff in person, but you can't have a conversation with a website page can you. The staff was most helpful in what I was looking for. A nice place to visit and it's lovely and cool inside away from the hot temperature that's outside. Plus if you visit Argos you could do some shopping in Sainsbury's as well. Sound adviceβ
