Went in to store to see in person, kind of hoping to put myself off as it is an extravagant purchase for me. All questions answered and no pushy sales at all. I went away to think about it and decided a couple of weeks later to go ahead. Exceptional after sales from Alison and from Peloton member services, delivery guys were great too. Decided to keep bike after 30 day trial.”
