“So many times I’ve arrived at Ayr Station expecting..hoping to find the pre arranged assessable taxi, arranged by Scot rail, to take me home to Girvan. Sadly time and time again it’s not there and doesn’t show up at the prearranged time. 4 times now Thistle Taxies have come to my rescue and picked me up and taken me home, drivers who were about to finish for the day ( Chris) have stayed on to help or drivers on days off ( Steven)have shown up because they have such compassion for someone who needs a wheelchair assessable vehicle to get home. The drivers have been pleasant, helpful, friendly and respectful. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough…my experience of them is that they genuinely care about the wellbeing of their customers, highly recommend them.”

“Excellent Service: I ordered a tailgate for my Fiat 500L on 14th and Palletways was the company my supplier in Swansea used. The Supplier gave am estimated delivery of 18th to 19th I recieved a Tracking number and could easily track the consignement on its journey through the various stages of delivery. To my surprise when I tracked the consignement on the morning of the 17th, I discovered it was to be delivered around 10:30 that Day. But I would really like to point out that due to unexpected roadworks in the delivery Street. The delivery driver "Barrie" who delivered the item called me up to say he had arrived and found the roadworks prevented him getting the vehicle to the property, but kindly continued the delivery on foot with the Pallet Barrow right to the drive outside the property. There was no hint of complaint from the driver and he performed the delivery in a brilliant professional Manner. So A Huge Thanks to him and Palletways.”
