“It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The produce is good quality. Shelf life might be a bit short, but in my house it never lasts that long anyway. Also did you know you can collect loyalty points with a loyalty card and get money off your purchases? I found out today. Shop employees speak multiple languages usually, very helpful. Shop has long opening hours so you can make it after work easily. I like it, I go there in addition to my weekly grocery shopping to get bits and bobs. I recommend to try the spice blends for various meats, polish mayo, crunchy gherkins and the crisps”

“How the young guy at the till kept his cool with a customer insisting an on- line offer should be applied in-store was beyond me. The queue was getting longer and longer and more annoyed that another till opened briefly, then shut again. Manager was called, saying nobody available due to doors being open because of a delivery ( true, I saw the delivery wagon when entering retail park) . My only criticism is surely at near Xmas times that more people should move onto the tills when something like this occurs!! ? And to clarify on its on-line deals. Apart from that, it's generally a fantastic store, well run , well presented and clean . Credit to the young guy on the till on Saturday 16 December.”

“It was the start of lockdown last year that I decided to get a tropical aquarium. As it was a large tank and cabinet they delivered it for me, the same day. Got advice on set up and water chemistry...took a couple of months to cycle the tank properly, they do the water checks whenever I feel the need. A year on, the aquarium is well settled in with a decent selection of easy to care for fish. Better than watching the telly! Still visit for food, chemicals, and fish as needed.”

“This is a lovely M&S Simply Food Hall with a great little cafe. The cafe is always busy so we were lucky to find seats. Staff are lovely; coffee is good and the cafe is clean and tidy. I do love the way food is displayed and the seasonal displays leading up to Mothers Day and Easter. Fresh food always looks great and the bakery is particularly tempting. I also like the welcoming display of flowers in the entrance. Unlike many food stores there’s a good level of staff available and they are all super friendly and very knowledgeable about products.”
