“Bought a coat from here it was £100, I went to the box in wakefield and it was only £80 for the exact shame. Shouldhave shopped about first but £20 is a big difference”

“Great place, staff are lovely. Staff are heroes surviving the odd local drunks and shoplifting scum. Tesco HQ do not appreciate their brave staff on the front line. They have security a few nights a year but they just play on their phones and arrogantly park their van in the only disabled bay.”

“Amazing quality of own label food and drink. The store has great range and you can get almost all you need here. I always opt for own label at coop as it is excellent. The range of fish and vegetarian options is without compare. Good bus coverage routes 63, 103, 104, 105 and I think bus to Beverly via the villages. Well with a visit and to become a member and regular customer”

“Well stocked shelves considering the size of the store with lots of special products reduced by using your Tesco Card. Plenty of staff on the checkouts and plenty of self-service checkouts. Very large car park out front with disabled and parent bays. It is also located close to other stores such as B&M, Home Bargains, Heron, Cooplands, farmfoods and Aldi so plenty of choice nearby also.”

“For me I would only trek to this store as a back up store as it is open until late, unfortunately as leaving at check out 2 hooded walking dead looking dudes had filled there bags with all sorts of meats & wines etc, one member of staff had bravely intervened on the 2nd one as the other fled, she's a credit to your company, I've been coming to shop at this store for many years & have never had an issue always polite, keep up the good work.”

“12/2/23 We came here for my wife to collect her new prescription spectacles. We decided to get some food from The Kitchen but sadly there was little choice. We ended up with pizza, chips and soup complete with cold diet drinks. We managed to park in a disabled space near the front doors and of course I displayed my blue badge. It wasn't too busy, most customers were collecting odd items instead of a weekly shop. The weather was pleasant for a February day, no rain and a gentle breeze.”

The shop is fully stocked and most pleasing is the standard of service from the staff has remained at an exceptionally high level during this difficult time.”
