“I absolutely love it here . if you go at the right time you can get amazing deals and they often have cheap vegan and vegetarian products from yogurts to icecream to burgers its my favourite shop and I've never had any issues with staff”

“First time i've been in this Heron store & it was well worth the visit, its very large inside probably biggest one i've been shopping in. I went in for a particular item that i always buy from Heron but there was none of the flavour i preferred so ask the manager if there was any in the back to come out because a lot of the staff were busy stacking the shelves to keep everywhere stocked up. The staff where very polite & the store was very clean with offers everywhere you looked. When i asked the manager if there was any in the back he couldn't see any but then while i was waiting in the queue he came looking for me with a full box that had just arrived so brilliant customer service which means a lot so this is another reason i'll certainly be back.”

“The new store layout and tills are an improvement, easy to get around the store and find what you need. Same great prices and products. The bakery selection is decent and all very tasty, the fresh bread is just like from a bakery, the blueberry muffins are banging and I will buy them again soon. Lots of free parking and conveniently located.”
