“First time i've been in this Heron store & it was well worth the visit, its very large inside probably biggest one i've been shopping in. I went in for a particular item that i always buy from Heron but there was none of the flavour i preferred so ask the manager if there was any in the back to come out because a lot of the staff were busy stacking the shelves to keep everywhere stocked up. The staff where very polite & the store was very clean with offers everywhere you looked. When i asked the manager if there was any in the back he couldn't see any but then while i was waiting in the queue he came looking for me with a full box that had just arrived so brilliant customer service which means a lot so this is another reason i'll certainly be back.”

“Just want to say thank you to all the incredible staff working today on Christmas Eve 2025. What a great team you all are. I was early for my food pick up and another member of the public was extremely rude to me about being early, I was rendered speechless.
