“Happy Beds offer a great selection of beds and mattresses that met—and exceeded—our family’s needs. The website is easy to navigate, and the product images are clear and well presented. Prices also compare very well with other retailers. We originally ordered a bed frame with delivery scheduled for the next day. At short notice, we decided to add a mattress to the order. After a quick call (with no long hold), I spoke to Shelby, who was excellent. She updated the order, applied a discount, and processed everything quickly and without any hassle—all in a friendly, helpful manner. The revised order arrived on time and complete.
