    “Normal excellent hard working kind patient staff ...but as for the contractor man who was here in the week, another botched job for poor Caffe Nero hard working store up front staff . ....ask them to move on and get better contractors, or local good old keen skilled fine DIY person , knows his job and gets it fixed in a flash and first time and knows what's it's about ! ... Rather than these folk who come to Caffe Nero stores and ...who don't do their work to any degree of accountability. And they should get the flak for their poor shoddy work repeatedly for Caffe Nero and other places. Noone sees these folk who don't care how they do their work for Caffe Nero or the town city Council or others. FAILED again!! here. What truly is the big problem.These mysterious ever failing folk or businesses letting the country down and never are the up front staff , they who get the flak. The Council gets the flak not it's those we don't see who let us all down , and don't do as the Council or Caffe Nero need and standards expected .. ....I saw the fellow of a Yorkshire business here in the week. Clueless for a simple job I expect ..and they make out it is oh it's oh much more and oh they don't make the part now and everything else excuses: Some big problem they always make out it is: gives them more work to charge Caffe Nero and the Council and others for ?? ...? Is this the truth or not ? We are all paying for it in the end. Can we know please? A simple fix repeatedly is and should be done quickly fine in a good flash. It's a free market as much as it still is so how about it dear Caffe Nero bosses switching contractors to ones who do a proper level of service like your great store up front hard working long hours staff do. And also making sure your Customer Care staff off in their hidden office away from the up front work are accountable too. If not hire others to do it. I have found now the same repeated trying to seek sound sense from both the App and Customer Service line, they do not work well . Do they need help or what. Can one actually raise a concern and get a sound fill answer or are they simply there to try and get rid off fob off every concern we raise. And only take on board anything positive which one also very much sends .? Maybe some good new developments behind the scenes soon on both these lines dear Caffe Nero??.. to support the great business and your great up front ' product ' and great staff in towns all around. Many !! thanks. I always hunt out CNs firstly . A pleasure to come into one after another Caffe Nero and find such great hard working kind patient staff. Making very good coffee too as a wide whole. So Contractors and Customer Care staff off in their hidden offices away from where we all are need be better I reckon.... Or where will it head if they are not?
