“Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”

“When I visited half sugar, I had never been to Leeds before.. will I go again? Maybe, just so I can visit this lovely establishment again. I will travel across the ocean just so I can go back to the place that will always hold a special place in my heart. So many options to choose from, something I couldn’t do. I asked the lovely lady working at the shop to help me decide.. and she did. The drink I wanted wasn’t available as there was one ingredient missing and the staff went through the effort of making what was needed for my drink so I could enjoy the drink I wanted most. They were so incredibly kind and patient. Lucy, I hope you’re having an amazing time.”

“(Sunday-early afternoon) Went in here with my other half and my dog "Gypsy". I found the flat white to be lovely and just how I would expect it to taste. The lady that served us was very polite and chatty. I had a look at all their sandwiches in the display and noted that they all looked delicious and if I'd not got a roast in the oven, I would have had one for sure. Will defo be returning for another flat white and a sandwich at some point, hopefully with the same lady on shift! I add that my other half, had a bun (pistachio), he didn't give me any but it looked yummy.x”
