“This was my first visit here, my first impression was the store was very clean and tidy, all staff seemed very friendly and approachable. All staff and customers were adhering to social distancing measures. I used the post office at this store, there was abit of a mix up with printing the address label out but the staff member sorted it for me, and wrote the address out on a label for me to stick on my return parcel. Very good customer service recieved, I will be using this store again.”

Don’t get me wrong at times there can be a wait but this is usually because the Lloyds chemist has messed up or haven’t done there job so people end up having to change to well chemist! An Jane the small lady with the short hair an nose stud, is exactly what a customer service person should be like, helpful kind goes out of her way to help you, even when at times she gets abuse which is disgusting, she can’t make prescriptions appear! “It was an early start for me today as I had a hospital appointment. I decided to have breakfast here and take medication with the food. I am coeliac so checked that they would be able to accommodate some gf food for me. I was met by a really lovely lady who advised me how they would cook my breakfast. Also needed some water for meds which was given without fuss. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”
