“Buying your first house is a tedious and honestly terrifying process, and we went into it with a lot of fear. We were initially assigned Amber, who seemed great, but she left the company partway through. Then Mon (Monowar Husan) stepped in, and from day one he completely shifted the tone of the entire experience. We had never even heard the voice of our previous solicitor, and Mon immediately picked up the phone, introduced himself, and reassured us that he was on it. That call alone already made us feel like we were in safe hands. “I was using a different law firm before switching to Austin Kemp, and I was incredibly unhappy with them. When I decided that it was time to change firm, I started interviewing all the firms I could get an appointment with in a reasonable amount of time. I ended up speaking with Emma Birch, and she really gave me the impression of being highly experienced, highly logical, and she understood my situation straight away. I decided to go with Austin Kemp because of the way Emma Birch came across during the first call, and I wasn't disappointed. Emma guided me on how to deal with some proceedings I had pending (and were managed by the previous firm). Meanwhile, my ex's situation changed and we decided to go for a deed of separation before divorcing. Emma's work on the deed of separation has been great, and she delivered it quite quickly.
