βAlways had a great experience getting my prescriptions here. Staff always been helpful. Sometimes have to wait but hey that's life!β
βI went to Cohens for a flu jab at a drop in session. Cohens sent me a text to say the session was running. Well done Cohens for making such an accessible arrangement. The staff were very welcoming and all customers needs were met. When my mother was ill Cohens were brilliant at supporting us during a difficult time. Thank you for all your efforts.β
βI rang the store today seeking help with a prescription which was at Boots LGI Leeds. I had tried to call them numerous times but the phone was never answered. I spoke with Geeta at the Headingley branch who went out of her way to help me solve my problem, trying to contact Boots LGI on my behalf then ringing me back with alternative phone numbers. Iβve rarely come across such excellent, kind and caring customer service. Thanks Geeta, really appreciated your support. Boots management, hope you appreciate her too!β
βVery good service not left ringing like most pharmacies. Able to give good advice.β
βSo many negative reviews for no reason! I recently switched to this pharmacy from Boots and honestly I'm sad I didn't switch sooner! The pharmacy processes my prescriptions (sent electronically from my GP) within the week, most times it's within 2 days which is perfect. One of my medications is affected by a current global shortage, but the pharmacy does ring me and let's me know that they don't have it in stock. After working in pharmacy myself I know that they can't do anything about it so I'm not annoyed at them in the slightest - it's just how it is. They have also liaised with my GP about their current stock and whether the brand or strength can be changed, which helps me massively (i.e. I don't have to attempt to ring every pharmacy within a 10 mile radius to source my medication). Maybe I have just come to expect so little from pharmacies after dealing with Boots for years, but no I honestly believe that this pharmacy is great. They pick up their phone almost immediately if I need to ring them, and they also send a text reminder when my meds are ready to pick up.β

βFriendly and quick. Not accessed as showing on Google maps. You have to go down the road where the Martin Wing is, its right at the end opposite the stairs.β
